Privacy Policy

Panoramica.news is a project by Robert Ranzi, based in South Tyrol, Italy. We translate European newspaper articles into all EU languages and make them accessible to readers across Europe. Legal entity registration is pending.

Publisher interest form: When you register your interest as a publisher, we collect your name, email address, publication name, website, country, and any message you include. This information is stored securely and used solely to contact you about your potential partnership with Panoramica.news.

Contact form: When you write to us via the contact page, we collect your name, email address, and message content.

Reader-side browsing: We use your browser’s language preferences and, where available, the country indicated by the hosting provider (Cloudflare), to display articles in your preferred language. We do not store this information.

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not use analytics tools such as Google Analytics. We do not embed third-party tracking scripts. We do not build user profiles or track browsing behaviour across pages.

Publisher registration data is used exclusively to keep you informed about Panoramica.news’s progress toward launch. You will receive brief weekly updates showing how many publishers have registered and from which countries. We never share names or contact details of other publishers.

If Panoramica.news reaches its launch threshold (50 publishers from 10 countries), we will contact you to discuss formalising the partnership. If we do not reach the threshold, we will let you know and delete your data upon request.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is never used for advertising or marketing purposes beyond the Panoramica.news progress updates you opted into.

Our website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Publisher registration data is stored in a database on our server. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS.

We use Mistral AI to translate articles. Article text is sent to Mistral’s API for translation. No personal reader data is sent to Mistral — only the article content and target language.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. You can withdraw from the publisher interest list at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to robert@panoramica.news.
